I had learned to make jelly rolls 20 years ago from Susan Murphy and had been wanting to get back to it.I have been trying my own method of spreading out all the layers one on top of the other then rolling all the layers together. I think it has been pretty successful. I do want to try rolling one layer over the inside, one at a time. I made a series of little pins with the tiny slices of jellyroll as the accent and most of them are too nice to put beads on them. i wonder since the felt in the jellyroll is so thin, will it hold together. i could do other things with the jellyroll slices like parts of a necklace.
